With over 20 financial institutions in 10 countries adopting its solution, the company is now gravitating towards expanding into omnichannel payments that include the adoption of artificial intelligence, QR code payments, E-wallet systems and money lending schemes.

Role

My journey began with a deep sense of excitement and curiosity. Soft Space, a company at the forefront of financial technology, offered a unique canvas to explore and innovate within the world of digital design.

As a UI/UX Designer at Soft Space, I've had the privilege of being part of this dynamic and ever-evolving domain.

My role involves enhancing app usability and performance while streamlining the user journey for a smoother and more efficient experience.

I've also been part of the migration process, moving designs from Sketch to Figma.I've dedicated a significant amount of time to reorganising the design system, components, libraries, layers, and making sure the design more adaptive and responsive .

We need to ensure that the app's user flows and features comply with these regulations while maintaining a smooth user experience.


User Onboarding

Financial technology apps often require users to complete complex registration and verification processes.

Balancing security requirements with a user-friendly onboarding experience is a challenge.
